Ok, everybody that replies to this thread has a trophy room. In it, you can have no more than five heads that showcase your proudest video game kills. So imagine that you could take your video game enemies to a taxidermist and have their heads stuffed to hang above your fireplace. Which five video game creatures would be on display, and why?
The rules:
You have to have actually killed them yourself. Pokemon won't count because of this.
No more than five. The trick is to think of only five of your proudest, most difficult, and/or most significant kills.
Non-human characters only.
Doesn't have to be a boss, can be ANYTHING that you have killed, but please give a reason why its death was significant.
My picks:
1) A dragon from Adventure - the first thing I have ever killed in a video game
2) The Ravager from Dark Sun 2: Wake of the Ravager - big fucking monster in one of my favourite and most overlooked games, the Dark Sun series.
3) The tortoise Colossus from Shadow of the Colossus (forget its name) - biggest pain in the ass enemy in the game that took me forever to finally beat.
4) The Dragon of Silmaria from Quest for Glory 5 - the final boss in the final game of my all time favourite game series. It was a legendary battle in the game, too, involving the best fighters in the series coming together at last, all fighting desperately to defeat it. Awesome.
5) Ridley, from Metroid - consistently awesome boss battles throughout the series!
