Your Ultimate Moment of Videogame Badassery

Crysis Wars allows for some super badass moments. Been playing it in a LAN recently with some mates. My pinnacle was jumping off a ramp, over a rocket explosion, and hitting a guy midair who was parachuting down from the jet he just emergency ejected from....then landing and destroying the guy who shot a rocket at me...IN A TANK.

All of us manage to pull off these comedic action hero moments in this game once in a while, therefore I highly recommend Crysis Wars. It's a good laugh.

One match in MW2, just one, I managed to get the AC130. I did this without dying once, and than I almost single handedly wiped out the whole other team. I had a 28-7 K/D ratio that game (the 7 deaths were from before this single epic moment), and was the MVP. That may not seem like much, but for me, thats a Cinderella story...

It was Mw2.

My friend who plays MLG has a bad luck charm effect on me, whenever he is over at my house, I always started to suck, even if he was just watching me play.

As such, he looked down on me.

Anyways, he was practicing for a match, when I said I wanted to play. Amid taunting, I proclaimed I would win the entire match using only throwing knives.


I proceeded to throw a knife at a persons head.

The game lagged.

And the knife, lo and behold, had re-appeared inserted squarely in that persons face.

My friend's jaw was wide open, and I proceeded to win the game with a k/d of 36/1.

That was the proudest moment of my life.

Getting the Endure achievement in ODST. We beat Set 4, Wave 5, Round 3, with two players dead and no spare lives left over. That was the best Halloween EVER.

Just Cause 2:

i was on a tall bridge by the top of the map and i rocket launched a helicopter out of the sky which landed on an enemy jeepright next to me which subsequently exploded
then THAT explosion threw me through the air and as i went into freefall over the side of the bridge, i managed to grapple another helicopter, hijack it and use the mounted guns to obliterate all the forces left on the bridge
... Plus, it was hardcore mode

I still maintain that my finest moment was during the Iraq level on Splinter Cell Conviction. I burst into the room where the two guys are torturing Sam, headshotted the first guy and double-tapped the second (without using Mark and Execute because it's not available on that level) before they realised what was happening. At the time I was in awe of my own skills, though admittedly I've probably built up the moment in my head. But still, it was freaking sweet!

I also love it when you pull of a simple assassination in a Hitman game. None of this sneaking around in disguise nonsense - sometimes you just need to lure your target into a trap and put a bullet through the back of his head, before walking away like nothing has happened. Cold blooded murder does it for me.

going though the final level in fire emblem sacred stones with all maxed out 2nd tire while the enemy had a bunch of low level 2nd tire it was just sad to watch my guy trample them but also friggen awesome

GTA IV- playing multiplayer. Someone tried to get me with an Annihilator, but I blew him out of the sky with a miraculously well-timed grenade. As I watched it spin around, about to crash and explode, I saw that it was spinning right for me. I was on the Statue of Liberty balcony. I leapt over the railing and dropped roughly 10-15 feet as it exploded behind me. It was indeed boss.

Halo: Reach- was playing "Long Night of Solace" and had roughly five Banshees chasing me. I boosted toward Anchor 9 and did an evasive maneuver upwards around one of the docking stations. I narrowly missed it and the Banshees all hit the side and exploded.

Assassin's Creed 2- took down 5 Brutes in combat with only unarmed (and their weapons), not taking one hit in the process.

Being the last alive on my team in MW2 on S&D, me against 8 players. I killed them. Every. Single. One. I was going mental and two of ther other team left and the rest shouted at me calling me a hacker. ^_^

Also, my first game on MW2 I went 26-0 with the default Famas class. Went downhill from there though. :/

My usual example - Bad Company 2 - 1 beretta, 8 kills, 30 seconds. And against people fighting back, not all ambushed from a camping spot. the enemy team had cut down my team whilst I was on my way to the MCOM point - it was ticking down to detonation as the enemy squads ran up to defuse it (it's a warehouse with 3 stories if I recall, so a fair few stairs) I cleared out the bottom floor by darting around the crates, making sure not to get spotted, putting a single bullet in 3 enemy soldiers heads. Another targetted me from the inside of a skip, so I lobbed a grenade in with him and ran up the stairs. Got 1 guy on the way up, and another defusing the objective who didn't notice me approach. The MCOM charge whines as it's about to detonate - I get winged, spin around and see two medics run in through the stairwell I'd just climbed. Both of them seem surprised to see me - I gun both of them down (with a beretta, I don't even know -how-) and the MCOM explodes. Success.

Halls of reflection (heroic) WoW after my healer gave me so much grief about low survivability he died on the last wave of mobs so I Solo'ed the first boss as a Blood Dk i felt like a god and he had to kiss my ring ^.^

I have two:

The first is in suppreme commander 2 when my partner was nuked by a pair of nuke whore's.
They tried the same thing against me but while my friend was nuked, I was putting up defenses like a mother fu#£er. they fired EVERYTHING they had and not one made it through.......then I unleashed my army and wiped them both out.


The second time was in COD Black Ops when my whole team left during a ground war game leaving me alone against 8-10 general level players.

I obviously lost the game, but not before making every one of them suffer for every point they scored........I forced them to work for that victory and after the battle I got messages, friends requests and general props for sticking it out and giving hell.
