I'm not 100% sure why I chose it for my online name, but I did used to doodle them (clockwork penguins) in my notepads at school. They where one of the only things I could draw which didn't look like total crap. I have completely forgotten why they made the transition from doodle to username though.

It's an abbreviation of a Neurosis song/album: The Eye Of Every Storm.

Not the best of their work by any means, but most of their other albums don't make a decent name like that.

I picked my username from my YouTube username, I'm a gamer, and my nickname is Gaffers, and it had a nice ring to it.

Mine was just made up on the spot, however it has some pretty coincidental meaning to me. "Zander," is obviously similar to "Xander," which is shortened form for Alex or Alexander (I didn't think of this at the time). I have found out since I called myself Zanderinfal that about 3-4 of my relatives on my Mums side have had the middle name Alex.

Interesting and strange coincidence but kind of awesome.

I picked FriesWithThat because it sounded kinda funny and it wasn't taken. That's it. What do want from me? A story?

I chose mine because I had no actual good ideas.
Also alliteration.

Oh and I like turtles, I have an gif avatar of a turtle I really want to use but it never works when I upload it here. If I could I would probably change my name, nobody here really knows me so it wouldn't matter if people didn't recognize me.

EDIT: Oh, just realized the image I have is the gif I want. Its just not moving like it is meant to.

I used to use the name kool killer in online games. My dad recommended switching it to something related to go karting which I did constantly at the time. He recommended glider or drifter. I used drifter for a few things but glider stuck and the 4 came along when Glider had been taken on a website.

Mine is a combination of my grandfather's nickname (chigger) and his last name (Underwood). It was first used by my mother with her earthlink account, but after we dropped earthlink I took it over and have been using it due to the link to my grandfather and its uniqueness.

Eevee - I love Eevee and my initials are E V so I've adopted it as a nickname.
Electro - made this when I was loving Mighty Boosh and Electro music at the time.

Well, I'm not you...

So, the name fits...

Although I wouldn't mind changing my name if I could...

My username is not the one I signed up with, I for some reason decided to change it to this, but did not realise at the time it was commonly associated with Anonymous. I occasionally wonder if some people think I may be affiliated with them, but I hope not.

I would change it if I hadn't already used up my ability, plus I have had Legion for several years now so I guess it would also cause some confusion. Although I think people recognise me from my avatar more than my name so perhaps that idea is unfounded.

A friend of mine in middle school, so this is from when I was about nine (ten years ago?! Christ on a bike). He informed me, through interpretive dance and Shakespearean soliloquy, that I really ought to try this new fad by the name of RuneScape. Being a young and impressionable lad in a city too big for my worn scarves and urchin's boots, I took his word for it and set to work at becoming a scaper of runes, as was the fashion for a little scamp like myself. I had heard that this friend, when under the guise of noble adventurer, went by the username of 'Snappy Dog' (I seem to remember that Runescape required characters to have two words in their names back then, don't know if that's still the case). I, being somewhat less than the brightest star in the never-ending and hopeless void, decided that I too would take the name of Snappy Dog. And so, I began my journey into the realm of runes and scapes as nary more than a poor imitation of the one who had lured me to this strange world.

Turned out he'd misspelled it and was 'Snapy Dog'. So I've used the correct spelling for everything ever since.
But I don't play Runescape any more. That was a bad move.

Clearly, I am a fully grown giant panda that escaped from a mental institution.

Maybe LunaticPandora was taken on steam, the first is MUCH more likely though.
