Amiga CD32. I was one of four people on Earth who actually bought one. Whoops.

Took long enough to find a place that sold games for it, too.

I had me an Atari 2600 with the wood veneer paneling. One-button joystick, and the pong paddles. Two color screens and a variety of switches on the front. I remember when we switched to the Nintendo it was like the difference between black and white to color.

But, then, I remember when people lined up to see "The Phantom Menace". Ahh, innocence.
Ah yes good old 2600, my uncle had it. BTW im i the only one that notices that many products during the 80s had wood on them, for me it was like an age of wood.

Master System II. Built in Wonder Boy in Miracle World and Operation Wolf depending what peripheral was attached.

My first console is a really REALLY old Luxor thing. I think it was from before the NES even. I doubt that it's even 8 bit...

Game Boy Color, with either Pokemon Red or Tetris. I can't remember which game I got with it.

Still, I got my very first PlayStation the same day, with Rayman and Tomb Raider for it as well, although I didn't play that for around a week, so engrossed as I was with the Game Boy.

the first console I ever played was the original NES, and duckhunt/super mario bros. was my game for a longass time.

as for the first console I ever owned, that would bet the v2 of the NES, that one that was smaller and loaded from the top. Duckhunt was the inaugural game there too.

I still have that NES, but between moving 3 or 4 times, and loaning games out to friends, I no longer have any games for it.

First proper console was the N64, but I'd been playing games on Windows 3.1 prior to that.

SNES given to me by my cousin. I'll never forget the Power Rangers' game because that was an awesome game no matter what anyone says.

The very first console I owned was my Gameboy Color and then my sister got the N64. However, it was my dad's friend's Sega that first got me to love videogames. I remember playing Sonic for the first time and loved it.

I always used to say to my dad (who also likes games) "Play the Peter Pan game, daddy!"
Peter Pan was Link, and the game was majora's mask

Sega Megadrive - the first game I remember playing was a generic shoot 'em up (you know the ones, with the sidescrolling spaceships and the waves of enemy spaceships coming at you in increasingly improbably patterns and sequences)
