1. Kirby - with his Final smash from SSBB he could resupply our ammo, and even make 'smart bombs' for zombie-pwnage.

2. The portal gun (if I need the person I'll 'borrow' her gun and make her our first sacrifice to our zombie overlords before we have a revolution and become free people)

3. Lilith from Borderlands as that way I'd always have a team-mate. I mean if she ever gets into trouble she can turn invisible, setting things on fire with the initial explosion then run away electrocuting anything nearby. On top of that, when she kills a zombie they all set on fire.
