Yourself as a VG Boss!

I've been playing Borderlands a lot, and I've noticed that anyone NPC with a name is either a quest giver or a boss. The boss intros are also pretty hilarious, (9 Toes! Also has 3 Balls!), and some are just plain cool i.e. General Knoxx. So if you were a boss in any game, what would you be like?

I'd be that guy who travels with you throughout the game and acts as your friend, but predictably turns on you becoming the second-last boss. Once I'm defeated, I help you fight the final boss, and just as it's about to die, I sacrifice myself to kill it for good.

I would have 999,999 HP, 255 Strength, 255 Defense and cast Death on the party every 5 turns. I only drop 1 Gil, a Potion and a picture of the Protagonists mother.

I would be an evil wizard.

 

[Kollega]

That one guy who flies on a verto-gunship, shooting rockets at critical targets, spamming bullets in player's direction, and playing a kickass theme tune while doing it. When he shoots down a gunship, i eject and parachute into the valley below, not noticed by him.

Somewhere down the line, a missle barrage inexplicably appears and saves the hero from almost certain death. Helpful airdrops appear seemingly out of nowhere. Enemy ammo storage is blown up before hero can even look at it.

And when after the fight final boss fakes surrender and tries to ruin the hero's day by killing him, i appear and shoot him. Why? Because apparently that douchebag wanted to get rid of me by ordering me to take on a hero. So fuck him.

I'd be the guy you fight on the roof of a very tall skyscraper at night during a huge thunderstorm.

I'd be that boss that has average to low health, but high speed and above average damage. Also every once in a while I'd throw molotovs at you.

I'd be a recurring boss who has comical dialogue and an impossible death but always survives.

I would be that boss that you're supposed to lose to, you just don't know it until you have failed and keep hitting quick load and fuck yourself over for a few hours before being like "FUCK THIS" to which it then moves to the cut scene of me letting you live only to get shot in the back by your sidekick... Nice dick move there.

I'll be the crazy geek sending drone planes and other remote controlled gunplatforms at the "hero" from a safe distance, inside a bunker, inside a fortress, on a remote island, inside a well, in a ..
I think I got a little carried away there.

I'm probably the guy who lures the hero in his fully mechanised deathtrap room, watching him struggle through a window while pressing buttons to activate my ineffective, yet very elaborate and impressive deathmachines.

And when the hero breaks those and is coming for me, i probably will scream "WHAT!? IMPOSSIBLE! THE BUTTONS, THEY WON'T WORK!" before being killed without much hassle, if any at all

I'm the boss that you can't actually hurt except for very brief moments and before that time you have to dodge thousands of attacks and special effects while at the same time killing henchmen and minions.

The attacks are varied and unpredictable just to be sneaky and annoying. Though once you get a few attacks in I go down pretty quick. ='(

Around the middle of the game, and completely unavoidable. I'd be no silly side-quest boss.

I would be the guy who is accused of something he hasn't done and goes down quietly, then later you realise you've made a mistake but it's too late.

Failing that, the guy who sacrifises himself for the good of the quest. You'd find me in purgatory.

I'd be the kind of boss you'd rush at, and keep losing until you use your brain to achive success.

I would have every possible pokemon move and ability, don't ask me how that works. But! My stats would be EXTREMELY LOW, save for speed, which would just be average. So: plenty of cool moves, just without the firepower, and I can go down in one hit. Let's see you fight THAT.

I would be that awesome (best) boss (ever) that does "evil" things for the good of his own village, but then dies at the end of the first game and then never returns in the second game.

I'd probably be the only villian that survives.

For non story stuff, I'd be fast and have a shotgun. The people would have to dodge me when I rush them(continuously) and shoot me in the head. Also, I'd be a furry.

I would probley be one of those bosses that you fight for a while then joins your party, but for whatever reason, looses his powers and becomes a normal human or somthing along that line.
