Youtube loading slowly

I've been having problems with youtube for a few days now, loading videos is painfully slow, I can barely play a 240p video without having to wait for buffering. The weird thing though is that this only happens in chrome, youtube loads fine in firefox. I've tried clearing the cache but that doesn't help at all, does anyone have any other ideas?

Open Google Chrome.
Go to the search bar and type in "Chrome://plugins"

Click to disable the one that says "out of process". Close and restart Chrome. Now tell me if this worked. If not, I will find another solution for you.
