Youtube upload help

Ok, so I'm coming here because nobody on the youtube forums is intellgient enough to offer any useful help.
I'm trying to upload a video, it's 1.70 KB and about 30 seconds long. However, after I upload, it fails saying 'file too small'. When I look at it under my videos, it says length=00:00. So somehow, it's not actually uploading it. I've made sure it isn't blocked or compressed or anything. Any help?

Well obviously(as youtube said) the file is too small to upload. Just try and make it longer.

The 'help topic' area. No need to be sassy. Anyway, the site I got the video from was streaming it as a advanced stream redirector (ADX) file. So, I used windows media recorder to permanently save the file. Basically, it wasn't uploading because it wasn't actually downloaded. Thanks anyway
