Why did I throw a controller? Probably because I bore witness to yet another "-1 faith in humanity" moment.

Because of mass effect 2s "hold the line" calculations... If i dont personally babysit tali and mordin they die, wtf their all loyal but i guess when their not in my prescience they just want to commit suicide or something.

wasent that part it was the end part where you go to fight the endboss. I finally got it and apparently if you dont have enough of the big guys holding the barricade someone will randomly die in the endgame cutscene (mainly mordin or tali) because your hold the line team wasent strong enough.

Black Ops Veteran. That one mission with the Rocket launching, and you have to use a Valkyrie to shoot it down. The part that pissed me off the most was near the end. Hall way, after hallway, after hallway, filled with very angry Russians. Right as i'm near the end of the level, after repeating that section for the umpteenth time, these Uber Russians with gas masks rush me. Even worse, you have to get out of cover and go ahead to trigger them. So now i'm trying to inch forward, and rush back to the crate just before all the steam, and hopefully my teammates will help pick them off.
Nope. They just stand there, looking like idiots, while I gotta face off against Gas Mask Spetsnaz. Hated that level.

The Khe San level with the napalm barrels was a cakewalk compared to this one.

Fire teams (both instances) - Jacob, Miranda or Garrus
Pipes - Tali or Legion
Biotics - Samara or Jack (miranda's not strong enough)
Escort - Anyone really (I choose Mordin to buff up my HTL rating)

The Hold The Line rating is an average of the total HTL rating divided by the number of people there that decreases over time and if it dips below a certain point, you lose the person with the lowest individual rating (usually mordin or tali). Best way to resolve this is by having Mordin do the escort and tali on your personal team. This gives the biggest boost to the HTL rating and allows you more time.

Just note that everyone needs to be loyal and the ship having the armor, shields and cannon upgrades. For every upgrade missed, someone is lost regardless of their loyalty rating.

Because GTA 4 is near perfect but I have just driven to pick up an NPC, then driven across the city to pick up a lorry, then driven the lorry to a depot then the NPC walked into gunfire died and I have to start the whole mission from scratch, on second thoughts I will reload so I don't have to go and increase my health bar and then buy a shield. No mid level save points? Really? (Yes I realise they were introduced for TBoGT).

Houser brothers/Rockstar games sometimes your independent spirit and willingness to credit people with intelligence in creating a hugely immersive gaming world is awe inspiring, but no mid level save points... No fucking excuse and now my controller doesn't work all I have now is a standard sixaxis thanks a bunch.

*Sighs* GTA 4 I can't stay mad at you I'll boot up my 360 copy even if the triggers are horrible to drive with at least I still have the vibration function, but be warned myself I have no spare 360 controller.
