I love the concept, it's pretty well done for a fan made game, most models looks pretty decent and specially the Zelda model looks pretty good.

It almost makes me wish there were a first person Zelda, Oblivion style =)

It's very difficult to make a 3D game based around melee combat.
No it isn't >.<

OT: It's a great idea but didn't play out so well. Would have been better using a bow and arrow or if the sword had a sweeping motion rather than just poking :p

Wow, this is something I definetly have to try. Such an interesting idea.

Oh, and props to the creator who took the time to try this, you have my respect.

Tried it. Got a headache. Stopped playing, decided it was the biggest waste of my 15 minutes this month.

He probably could have picked a more beloved NES game, but hey, he did a nice job nonetheless.
I just want to say that Zelda 2 was a game I enjoyed infinitely more than Zelda 1. :) He chose right by me. :D

I Loved It! I think I was one of the 20 people that actually liked zelda 2 and playing this is like a strip tease it just leaves you wanting more.

Well, good for him, then. I've always thought first-person slashers were fun, and maybe this won't be an exception.

I gave it a shot. It was pretty fun. A little lame when it turned into a poking match. But it was fun at the same time too

AW, rats. I was hoping upon finding this that I would be able to fight Dark Link from a first-person perspective. How awesome would that have been?

This is my least favorite Zelda game, sadly, this still isn't enough to make me want to actually play it, not until later though when its the last game I need to beat. No offense to the creator though, he put in a lot of effort, I could see it, good job to him, hopefully he'll get the support and time to finish it one day.

It was really fun, except the no saving part. first attempt, I got all the way to horse head, then game-over'd. once I saw the title screen again instead of Zelda's tomb, I knew it was hopeless

I don't remember Zelda II being overly difficult. Until the last dungeon, which is pretty unforgiving. Still, kudos to the creator for taking an oft dismissed gem of a game and adding some new life to it. Your C&D will probably be arriving shortly.
The entire game was fairly unforgiving from my memory. The Iron Knuckles in the first castle made me rage quit more times then any other enemy in the history (well, my history) of gaming.

Link (pun not intended) goes to a blank page with a graphic trying to tell me to download a program. No explanation of what this program is, or anything mentioned on the page. Not a good start.

I just played it for an amateur is very good. Too bad its base on the zelda game I like less. Would be awsome based on Zelda I.
