That's pretty good, I have to remember that one. I can see them now all in rows, flickering candles and the scratch of quills, squinting hard as they work to recreate what they see. Then a scream as one of the brothers comes to a Goatse.Altorin said:Especially back before cameras were invented and every goatse had to be drawn by hand - the poor monks who were tasked with drawing them were said to have gone blind from the effort..manythings said:That all happened before the internet, it was just a lot slower and had fewer pages that turned out to be Goatse.mooncalf said:There are a number of imitations (remember the blue background ones on Youtube? Not exactly a subtle rip-off). It's not even a terribly original format (funny words, funny images, who'dathunk?) but ZP is consistent and novel and so for those who like it, it doesn't get old fast.
Still, the internet thrives on self-reference, parody, imitation and replication, so all good.![]()

Sure he has plenty of viewers, but he's bitter and hates practically any game that doesn't fit his preconceived notion of perfection, which is basically every game, except for Portal.
To critique is to point out the flaws on something. He hates any game that isn't the second coming of Christ. If you haven't liked any game since Portal, then it's pretty hard to consider someone a video game fan, even considering difference in opinion.manythings said:He is a critic, he provides critique... You took the words right out of my mouth. The Eggplant said:Er...I appreciate the concept, and frankly I whole-heartedly support the demise of the loathsome GameStop, but man...this guy needs a few diction lessons.
Or he criticises them in a five minute chunk. You do know that the world isn't the same for a critic as for a consumer, right? He doesn't play one game and he's done for the week, just like movie bob doesn't just watch a movie. They have to partake heavily of their medium and then pick it apart with every tool at their disposal. This would be awesome if you were always playing God of War but you're not, you're playing garbage and you have to keep playing it.SendMeNoodz84 said:To critique is to point out the flaws on something. You beat me to it.geldonyetich said:Zero Originality's thingy is very, very old [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.79258-Zero-Originality-I-thank-you]. And Themis Media already had it turn down off of YouTube. So it's pretty much a done deal.
