I've been having troubles with Zero Punctuation because of some sort of update I took. Ever since my computer got the update, most Zero Punctuation episodes will appear to be green screens. Some YouTube videos do the same thing, including the Zero Punctuation videos on YouTube. I've listened to these episodes like a radio play, but I cannot watch them.

So far the new episodes have worked for me, but its only a matter of time before they don't. (I think) the update was called "AMD catalyst" or something like that. It might have been an adobe update though, I can't remember because its been a month since this started.

Does anyone have any ideas to fix this problem?

I've had this happen. Sort of. Occasionally, my display driver (ATI) crashes and the laptop switches over to using the Intel chipset and if I have any sort of flash video open at the time, it turns green just like you said. Reloading the page/video works fine but never have I had the issue persist past that.

I'd suggest updating Catalyst or maybe even resetting it to factory settings (it fixed an entirely different issue even though I don't recall making any changes before that):

1. Click on the Option drop down menu
2. Select the Preferences drop down menu
3. Select Restore Factory Settings
4. Click on yes to continue
5. Click on Apply to complete the procedure

I've asked IT,

Sounds like your video card drivers may be behind it. You can also try right-clicking on the video player, select settings, and uncheck the box "Enable hardware acceleration".
