Wow. It's amazing how people jump to ridiculous conclusions when there's a problem they can't solve
I didn't check the site on April 1st, I had more important things to be doing so I don't know if I missed some sort of joke or not. Don't really care either. Either way, what he's reading is Ode on Melancholy by John Keats, or at least the last few lines of it. Put very simply, it's poem about how pleasure can act as a mask for sorrow, hence the Ode on Melancholy. There's more to it, of course, but that's general jist.
It is not about oral sex.
