A few random thoughts:

1. I agree that The Thousand-Year-Door is the height of the Paper Mario series, but I still like Legend of the Seven Stars the best of all the Mario RPGs in the whole franchise.

2. Like Yahtzee, I've always had a special fondness for Luigi and Tails.

3. Given that I was just in an am-dram production of King Henry IV, Part 1, it's awesome and surprising to see a bit of love for Falstaff.

4. Anyone who likes Shakespeare and has a low opinion of kids should look into YSP [http://ysp.org/]. Seriously, I hated kids too until I saw a YSP production. It turns out that kids do have brains, it's just that lazy PTC-member parents don't nourish them enough (which brings me to one of my chief complaints against society: We treat kids like they're six until they turn nineteen).

Mario, Luigi, where's the difference other than the color of their hats?
Ok, in some games Luigi can jump higher but also slides more, to the point where he gets unplayable.

The Shakespeare references and comparisons were unexpected, but highly enjoyable.

Oh, and I'm indifferent about Luigi, but Tails was clearly superior.

May I ask, what happened to the Zero Puntuation contest where the best created game was reviewed by Yahtzee?

Has that gone under the carpet...never to be seen again?

I'm going to take this moment to say I've never understood the whole 'second bannana' thing. I've always seen Mario & Luigi as a team, a pair of equals, like... um... I want to say Batman and Robyn, but that's a really a bad example because Robyn was definatly the sidekick and second fiddle, ...Thema & Louise if they were a pair of heroic plumbers instead of raving psycotic bitches on the rampage.
Maybe it's because I am an older brother that I fail to understand this, I don't know. But this is why I enjoyed the GBA remakes of Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. 3, because it seemed to present the bros. in that team sorta way I'd always imagined them. In the GBA Mario 3 you could selcet to play as both Mario & Luigi in single play alternating between them whenever you cleared a stage or died and I loved it.
But I digress, the video was good as usuall and I may have to check this game out. It's funny I've not played any of the Mario & Luigi RPGs, since I've just been banging on about that whole team thing. I really should check them out.

I thought he was reviewing ODST. Its a shame how he judges halo on the 2 worst games in the series.
He said he wouldn't review it in extra punctuation, seriously you should read it so you avoid redundant comments like this.

ugh, a video that only smacks the RPG genre if he actually played some of them he's know that two of them in his video aren't turn based, few actually have such mind blowing hair (give or take one or two characters per game), and just because one game had a subtle touch of incest doesn't mean all of them do.

Other than that, decent video that makes some interesting points about the plot of the game

He quite clearly stated that he wouldn't be reviewing ODST in the Extra Punctuation column.
I seriously think half the people that watch his videos avoid that column for some reason...

HOLY CRAP! I didn't actually expect him to review this game! I've read reviews saying that it's the best Mario RPG game yet, but I was skeptical when I heard that...

I love Luigi, too, you know. And I'm glad to hear that he loves the Mario RPG series as a whole. I'm also surprised ad how deep the game is, according to him!

Regardless of the bad Yahtzee said, I'm still getting this game, I love the Mario & Luigi series, and it looks REALLY awesome.

I laughed more then I should have when it showed the picture of the kid's drawing.
Yahtzee's got his charm back.

Everyone, barring parents, hates children but we were all children at one point so complaining about how much we would love to kill all children would be hypocritical and more than just mildly sick.

That said, I'm surprised Yahtzee still plays Nintendo games. Considering his typical attitude when reviewing games, I think it's very unbecoming.
