The guy gave a comprehensive review, but I still found him not funny and annoying.

The guy with the 'tache (is that Joe?) seems to be pretty smart, but he has poor presenting skills, and very little charisma. The difference between this show and Yahtzees is massive, mainly because Yahtzee's shows restraint, and pacing. It is cleverly worded, minimalistic, while not loosing any of the drive or humour.

Not that I disagree with you, but are you calling Zero Punctuation restrained and minimalistic? Because those are the last descriptive words that come to mind for it.

Yeah, I think I would. The imagery of it is very minimalist, just clip art and a yellow background. I say restrained, as in he keeps the formula simple, and doesn't let outside factors change his opinion much. I can't see him doing skits with a super villain etc. The words he uses aren't restrained, but that's just expression (mostly). You are right though, they probably weren't the best words to use
