Heck if i know, i loved stubbs the zombie he was fun.
He could remove his own internal organs and use them as grenades damnit, whats not to like?
So yeah i wouldn't mind a few more games where you get to play as the zombie, and on the same subject of being the bad dude how about playing as the villain like in overlord for a change.

There was supposed to be a game coming out where you created an army of undead to kill people with. I don't remember it's name or what happened to it though.

I always wanted to play the monster in the game. Like Dracula instead of Simon Belmont. It sucks you can't be the villain. They are always more powerful. By the way, that possesion game looks to be amazing. Thanks for posting it, and I think i'm gonna give Stubbs a try.

I think we are gonna see alot more Supa Villains take the lead roles in coming days. As a reflection of the discontent sewn within society.

I suppose you haven't heard of "Left 4 Dead"? Four player co-op against zombie/mutant things, with a self-sdjusting difficulty setting, drop-in gameplay, and in online you can be the freaks. The mutant zombies are apparently a "griefer's paradise," so I'm looking forward to it.

Surely it cannot be griefing if it is built into the game and expected of you?

I recommend you check out games like evil genius, dungeon keeper or overlord.

Also in response to op it's probably just generally more appealing to be the "good" guy, especially if the game is aimed at a younger age group. Also if you are going to go the whole hog with an evil charachter it might be a bit awkward to get around censorship with things like raping a town and buring their women...well I know pillaging fits in there somewhere...I need to lie down for a while.

You still need to work on your punctuation and spelling, but otherwise you're good.

Anyway: It's still a new concept. That's why there aren't many out.
Agreed.

I think in the future there will be more games where you are the villain. Stubs the zombie was freakin sweet :)

god damn that looks like a friggin cool idea. kind of like the whole overlord thing, but i hated overlord. you didn't feel evil at all, just a very menacing looking hero, and even if you kill an entire town, all they do is shake their fist right before asking you to get their kitty out of a tree.

i have always liked controlling hordes of minion, necromancers are my favorite characters to be in rpgs (those that have them) and i hope this game doesn't get cancelled it looks cool. it looks like it needs work though ,that trailer looks like it is the graphical equivalent of state of emergency.

Urban dead. Its online free and no downloading needed. Pretty fun, but more than one account is a must.

It's on Youtube, it makes Crysis look like shit. It's probably an early build, or at least looked like it, I still agree though that it does look a little "lacking".

Most game were you evil are not really aimed at younger ages game like:
-Stubb the zombie:rebel without a pulse
-DESTROY ALL HUMANS 1,2,3

I suppose not, but the mutants are based around "niche" roles, such as the "fast little freak that's really hard to hit" or the "unstoppable, slow-moving force of doom" or "the fat guy that explodes". That's who I'll be playing as, the exploding fat man. It's not griefing in the usual sense, but the mutants all have the "over-powered yet somehow balanced" thing going on.

Old school zombies are too slow to play. And the newer, faster 28 Days zombies are not zombies at all, as a zombie MUST be a shambling, drooling, droning wreck.

you know what i want a resident evil mini game were you are the bad guy just for like one level that would just be sweet not even a main story level just a bonus level

may i also add that the resident evil title makes no sense
resident-a person who resides in a place
evil-morally wrong or bad; immoral; wicked: evil deeds; an evil life.
ye you work it out....
EDITED: i think that this mean little bastard who makes prank calls while at home not random undead or crazy hordes of people who try to kill another group of poeple who one of which is muscly and smart enough to kill the zombie

Maybe it's a bit like a resident lecturer. You know, imagine Death sitting by his hearth with his sceptre rested against the chair and wearing some comfy slippers, talking about some pesky knight in the Middle Ages who just wouldn't die without a fuss and who had to play chess to decide his mortality.

I think Resident Evil Outbreak lets you play as a Zombie but I've never tried it before. It's probably cheap now so I'm gonna look for it.
