just a general thread about what things you want to see in zombie films- different ideas for the virus, locations etc.

and if you're just going to go "oh no another zombie thread" and post a message saying "oh no another zombie thread" then you have wasted youre own time

... anyway ideas anyone?

Grammar Zombies! They run amok in internet forums correcting peoples terrible grammar which spreads uncontrollable adherence to the correct use of the English language.

I feel that this would be a win-win movie to make because of the scope and potential for internet awards as well as tradition film awards.

Nick Nolte to be the lead zombie. And Seth Rogan as the last poster disobeying the rules. Megan Fox as the first person to die, and not by zombie methods. She just dies, and no one cares, pretty much like right now.

I always liked the idea of setting a zombie film in the past. My personal favourite is Napoleonic Europe. I just really like the idea of British troops going "Oh, my word!" whilst being eaten.

I heard a guy talking once about an idea for a zombie movie, not sure if it was his idea or someone else's, but people with the HIV virus are immune to the zombie virus, so everyone has to choose between being and zombie and having HIV.

the virus starts out and kills the host, however it kickstarts a part of the brain that encourages regeneration, this reanimates the corpse and to regenerate they must eat meat, they can run, jump, climb but as time passes their inner ear and muscles decompose making them slow and lose balance

characters- a guy that survives an attack, becomes addicted to zombie killing and commits suicide at the end because he cannot function in the real world

a guy that owns one of them big trucks with a shipping container on an lives in the back- that would work

a paranoid guy that is found hiding in a tent on top of a flat unreachable roof

some martial arts master

a general group of survivors-


the leader of the contry (president, prime minister etc.)- a good one-
close quarters zombie fighting

war chanting and war speaches

and killing a zombie bear with a 2 handed hammer

Uh i hope they never make another zombie film, theres a hundred of them and they are just all the same, virus takes over world, or dead come to life for no apparent reason and a couple of people find a bunker, i want an innovative zombie film with a great story and real characters or no zombie film at all

You do realize, that this is a thread made for discussion of ideas for a zombie film? And that would mean that you could not waste time complaining about old zombie films and come up with a plot for a new one.

I loved the idea of historical zombies mentioned earlier. How about a ninja zombie samurai movie thing? Katanas are awesome, ninjas are... hell they are ninjas and correct use of zombies always works.
