Nothing beats the zombie tactics in Return of the Living Dead (the 80s tribute to NotD, NOT actually part of the famous Romero series):
(1) Morgue-workers worried about the fact that the gas they've released seems to be turning them into zombies, calls 911 for an ambulance.
(2) Paramedics arive, explain to the morgue workers that they're dead.
(3) Newly formed zombies eat the paramedics.
(4) Zombies phone 911: 'We need more paramedics!!'

They do the same thing later in the film when the cops arrive and get eaten (i.e. get on the police radio asking for backup).

Hah, this thread reminds me of my old thread [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.227979-Zombie-Rights-and-Awareness#7852612] (that died) a while back about zombies and humans relations, but I admit I like this twist to the natural zombie plan.

If I had to have a human plan, I'd go find those crazy humans at the Umbrella Corporation--they make some pretty mad zombies. Maybe if I'm lucky I can turn into some bad ass monster.

(Or the creators of Left 4 Dead series at Valve, they might be able to help me. If not, I'll just eat them out of annoyance.)
