I never really understood the panic about a ''great reset''. What exactly is there to fear? Everyone from the fringes to the center seems to recognize that things aren't functioning correctly anymore and that at least some change must be made. And in some areas we really should have had a reset ages ago. Global warming for instance. The current solution of either ignoring it or at best implementing half measures is a dead end. The current economic situation of wealth inequality, privatization, mechanization and the stripping down of social safety nets is a dead end.

Better the devil you know. So there's a conference of big powerful people and they're suggesting changing the world to be more equitable which would mean them losing some of their position and power and everyone just believes they are fine with this? This is a case of the house always wins one way or another and they're the house in this case so we're supposed to believe that people with their combined power and wealth could fix most of the system as it is as choosing instead or change and reset the system and that nebulous ideas will be better?

It's one lot of people thinking they're tearing down the system by changing things and another group of people going "The system works fine so far if imperfectly so why try to pull it all down?

Just because some women don't menstruate and some Trans Men do doesn't somehow invalidate the general argument that people who menstruate are women. Just as we don't have to throw out all our current maths just because 2+2 can sometimes not equal 4 if special conditions are applied.

In the whole "There may be problems ahead period" just before UK lockdowns started some of the gluten free stuff was running low. I ended up picking up potato pasta just incase at one point.

1) Most people don't realise about gluten free stuff so likely went to their normal places to get the products not the gluten free sections / areas.
2) It tends to taste worse than normal stuff anyway.

There are people who claim there isn't such a thing as Gluten intolerance lol. You probably hoped that was just some insane idea but no it's a thing.

2+2 does = 4 in almost every circumstance when you don't change the actual question. There were 4 lights.

The world only functions due to accepted concepts of reality and how things are. Your example doesn't work because Gluten intolerance is a thing.

The argument that I'm not sure why you're not understanding is in reality we don't change all the rules for everyone because of the edge cases that don't follow it normally.
