I mean, wasn't it basically a one joke game to begin with? Like Grand theft auto if you took out any semblance of an actual plot?
The tl;dr. because Youtube is kind of laughable at verifying the DMCA issuer is actually a rights holder, or in this case, even the company representative, and lets anyone claim whatever. Someone pretensing to be Bungie DMCA'd a bunch of Destiny videos seemingly.
And Bungie is part of Sony now, so thats a not inconsiderable amount of squeeze on them.
