Wait, is this just A/B doing Call of Juarez: The Cartel but in HD?Call of Duty 20: Modern Warfare 2(2)
I guess. I know the Cartel are involved in this version of the game, but only because of watching the video.Wait, is this just A/B doing Call of Juarez: The Cartel but in HD?
I only read a single review so far but apparently most of this game takes place in Mexico or something so I guess we're not remaking the Russian invasion story from the OG2 MW2 and by god, can we stop with the just reusing the same fucking name thing? Because it's getting annoying.I guess. I know the Cartel are involved in this version of the game, but only because of watching the video.
The only reason they do this is because "it sells", and Activision does not have much talent left at this point. Nor can they think of anything unique when they've practically done not everything, but so much, that they retreated to old ground in a desperate move to reconnect with (what was) their core audience.I only read a single review so far but apparently most of this game takes place in Mexico or something so I guess we're not remaking the Russian invasion story from the OG2 MW2 and by god, can we stop with the just reusing the same fucking name thing? They dont exactly sound excited about this one.
I haven't seen the video yet, but if the Easy Allies I'm not having a good time, then something's not right. This isn't always the case, but it is usually a bad sign. They dont exactly sound excited about this one.
That's the problem with let's call them AA-JRPGs, like Tales games, Scarlet Nexus, Soul Hackers, etc etc. I feel like a lot of these games try so hard to be unique in terms of battle system and story that they just forget a lot of game design staples that make Jrpg's good. Especially since a lot of them suffer from lower budgets I feel like they forget to focus on refining their mechanics to make the game feel rewarding and fun to play, so as a result it always feels like you're playing an unfinished game. Plus most of the plots are like WTF levels of nonsense. Some do story better like the Tales games and Xenoblade stuff, their stories are pretty good but they always suffer in some aspect.
I actually had this Star Ocean on my wishlist on the PS5, but after listening to the video, I think I'm just gonna skip it because it looks bad, sounds bad, and gameplay seems clunky and boring. Oh well.

Oh then why not get both, they are a month apart from each other and you don't have to get them both on release day. Get Calisto and then get Dead Space when you want it or whatever.January of 2023.
