I don't agree with the demonization of trans people. Their parents, doctors, and somewhat the trans person depending on their age should dictate what gender process they want to undertake. Experts should lead vs a bunch of lawyers and priests from Salt Lake City.
Worse than that, depression is an extremely common in those with gender dysphoria, and those with gender dysphoria are 3 to 6 times more likely to be autistic. It's literally "unless you also have problems that are way more common among trans people than among genpop."
Other definitions of "sexual intercourse" and references to intercourse in Montana law specify vaginal, anal and oral intercourse as all being included so I'd bet on oral sex counting as "sexual intercourse".
To add to this, it is extremely difficult to accurately diagnose an adult with autism, and doing so requires evidence that they showed symptoms in childhood (which typically requires them to self-report those symptoms). The wording here is intended to force people to undergo a completely useless assessment and essentially waste time and money while making it more difficult for autistic people who actually need a specialist or an adult diagnosis to get one.
These are people who believe they have the right to legislate regarding other people's capacity to make decisions. They have nothing else to do with their lives except cultivate political expertise, and yet they're too incompetent to spend 5 minutes researching decisions which will affect millions of people. These people need autism. They're shitty people without it.
