Some of them are Russian expats like Ag3ma said, some of them are people like Seanchaidh which Europe has plenty of as well, some are isolationalists thinking "it is not our war" and some just don't like their own government.

Switzerland will eventually be requisitioned as the centuries pass, as Russia steadily relocates Poland to the Atlantic coast.
Then perhaps Russia should stop dismissing the concern of any country rightfully terrified of Russia and start to address these concern, rather than poisoning presidents or reacting with extreme force the moment they don't get their way.
It’s like all those silly joke scenes in movies or television made during or after and/or set in the Cold War where you can set your watch by the Russian guy claiming this person/creative expression/monument etc was in fact not from its country of origin but was Russian.
