The mobile phone data can only reliably confirm the location of the phone handset, it doesn't always correlate to the location of its owner. Although taking that track would, as a Futurama character is famous for saying, just raise further questions.
So apparently the evidence that Jonathan Majors is innocent and did not beat up his ex-girlfriend is incredibly strong - including testimony from the Taxi driver who drove the car their fight took place in saying Majors didn't hit her, street camera footage and cellphone footage of the ex after the alleged assault completely unharmed, cell phone data showing Majors was nowhere near her, testimony from a locksmith who helped Majors unlock his bolted apartment bedroom door where they found the ex passed out on the ground with liquor bottles and sleeping pills, police camera footage of the ex, drunk, saying she doesn't know what happened, and most damning of all, police camera footage of the police wondering how a black man can afford such a nice apartment and saying they should pin the injuries of the ex on Majors.
Kinda amazed the judge didn't toss this case.
Some of the nightclub footage is pretty compelling evidence, but that Insider article sure was a lot of Majors' lawyer just describing evidence. I don't get why the nightclub footage is included while the body cam footage was not, surely that would have instantly changed the public narrative on this story.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the Flash movie reported to have lost almost $300mil at the box office:
They’ve announced that Beyond the Spider-Verse will be released in March of next year. I’ve seen people say, “Oh, they probably worked on it at the same time.” There’s no way that movie’s coming out then. There’s been progress on the pre-production side of things. But as far as the production side goes, the only progress that’s been made on the third one is any exploration or tests that were done before the movie was split into two parts. Everyone’s been fully focused on Across the Spider-Verse and barely crossing the finish line. And now it’s like, Oh, yeah, now we have to do the other one.
Come on guys, enough with the crunch already! I and most others assumed that you already had most of the third movie done! You know what? If it needs to come out next summer, I have zero problems with that! I rather the movie done under good and safe conditions, than a rushed movie for the sake of convenience.Uh-Oh

Well, starting to make sense why they were fired from Disney. Man I really wish this wasn't true, but it sure sounds like Sony is just covering for the Millers.Uh-Oh

To the workers who felt demoralized by having to revise final renders five times in a row, the Spider-Verse producer (Pascal) says, “I guess, Welcome to making a movie.”
Yeah apparently Hollywood treats its animators like shit. They pulled something similar for that God awful Seth Rogan movie, Sausage Party.Uh-Oh

Even CG animators for live-action stuff get it bad. Remember the first Sonic movie? I got hammered down by crunch, because Sonic had to be completely redesigned. But that's more the fault of the executives and Sega for not checking in the first place and just trying to make a quick buck, assuming no one would have a problem. The animation company that fixed the executives stupid error, got shut down anyway.Yeah apparently Hollywood treats its animators like shit. The film's editor confirmed there are two different versions playing in theaters. Meaning all the extra work they did was even more unnecessary.Uh-Oh
