Those sources are funded entirely by the 'Month From Next Tuesday Foundation' - you've been misled by nefarious anti-time propaganda.Says you. My sources are saying it's a month from next Tuesday.
Is there a site people are using to generate these images? Could have linked that in the OP @BrawlMan
No, at this point it needs to be 25 since everybody (except cheaters like @Casual Shinji and @hanselthecaretaker2) put in the sweat and tears needed to cut their favorite games.Just so we're all clear, you don't have to hold it down to 25 if you want to. If you want to expand it or go smaller is all up to you. My bad, and I should have said that sooner. Do whatever works for you.
Like I said before, anybody can do whatever they want. No, at this point it needs to be 25 since everybody (except cheaters like @Casual Shinji and @hanselthecaretaker2) put in the sweat and tears needed to cut their favorite games.
I didn't expect to see Double Dragon so high on the list. Is it the first one, one of the ports or remakes, or just the franchise in general?I like the 25 limit, it makes us make tough but pointless decisions. So, you know, just like work. Plus I can't resist a snazzy web tool.
The first two rows of my picks represent my childhood and teenage years of the 80s and 90s- arcades, Coleco Vision, and NES/SNES. As you can see I was a bit more competitive then.
The next two rows are my return to gaming as an adult. As you can see I was more private.
The last row represents what happened when FromSoftware and indy gaming entered my orbit.

Well my list isn't really sorted by which ones I like more, it's sort-of... chronological? Autobiographical?I didn't expect to see Double Dragon so high on the list. Is it the first one, one of the ports or remakes, or just a franchise in general?
Don't forget to try that out when you have the chance. I know you're on a detox right now so take your time.My buddies and I just played the hell out of it on NES back in the day, and we had multiple copies being passed around. So probably the first one- I didn't even realize it was still around until you started posting about Gaiden.
Of course. Though Final Fight went from being just a meer Double Dragon clone, to its own subgenre of beat'em up. There's a reason the term Final Fight clone used to exist. And Streets of Rage pretty much ended up being a clone better than the entire franchise in rival many of the greatest brawlers ever made. You can still see the Double Dragon influence, as both games have a blonde haired blue-eyed white guy, that wears white and blue as the "main" character. Though Haggar is more so the main protagonist for the first Final Fight and he's trying to rescue his daughter. Though his daughter and Cody were in a relationship at that time. And to me games like Final Fight and to some degree the single player campaign of SF6 are descendants of Double Dragon to me, and why I was keen to play Streets of Rage 4 as a little nostalgia bite for that sort of thing.
No Fight'N Rage?
The thought did cross my mind, but I didn't enjoy the game as much as I thought. I've only done about 5 and a half playthroughs. Funny enough: I got three different versions of the game. It's just a lot of the late game stuff I don't like. I will say Fight'N Rage has tons of bonus features to rival Streets of Rage 4. If you want to put on your Top 5 or whatever number, don't let me stop you.No Fight'N Rage?
My list would never fit on topsters because I refuse to limit myself and shortchange any games.
