In Brazil, they have police that ride water buffaloes. Apparently though there's lots of domesticated water buffaloes doing lots of things, so police riding them isn't that odd, and they can travel well in the swamps.

Always figured it has something to do with preventing erosion and vibration reduction. Amazing to think there was a science behind the placement and shape of them as well. Must’ve taken longer than making the actual tracks.

This is the most concise and informative video about cardiovascular disease (as it's surprisingly not really about seed oils in actuality). It goes into how inflammation (insulin resistance: sugar/refined cards) and oxidation (seed oils) lead to heart disease and all the mechanisms.

My folks have totally changed. Raising me, they taught me to question everything, never just blindly do what someone tells you. Now, I'm trying to teach that to them.

Humans are still monkeys gathered around the bonfire, terrified that the tribe will cast them out to be killed and eaten by lions.

Kevin Hicks kept getting comments about getting arrows to the knee, and did a video about the issue:

People think that arrows just poke annoying holes in things, but a broadhead arrow from a warbow could deliver about half the energy of a .22LR round. And let's not forget that arrows have proven entirely capable of killing animals much larger than a human for thousands of years.

Anyone who's had a hole poked in them can probably attest that it's a bit more than just "annoying"
