I will also add: a Jewish controlled media would actually be a substantial improvement on what we have currently if it reflected the diversity of perspectives of all Jews, since there is more diversity of thought among Jews than there is among American and British mainstream media.

This fucker should be forced to live there for a while. Maybe tag along with a journalist and see how well things go for him.
Certain people in Israel have long been waging a quite war against the UN, making accusations regarding the credibility of institutions within the UN or attacking the organization at large, even going so far as to declaring secretary general of the UN persona non grata.
I assume they are doing this because the UN is the only actor that regularly tries to check Israel, meaning that a world disfavourable to the UN will be one in which Israel will be freer to enact whatever attrocities it wants.
With all the power and influence they have accrued where it matters, it would seem the “plight of the Jews” has ultimately wound up a red herring of sorts. They just keep on using it to get what they want in a way that would be universally condemned if anyone else tried it.
And claiming that Israel represented the Jewish people is likely to end up cited as a reason for why the next Holocaust happened in a generation or two.
