Musk confirms that if Trump wins and actually gets his policies through it will definitely crash the US economy.

He then makes the claim that after the initial economic crash and upheaval of critical industries he and Trump will reshape the economy and make it better and more sustainable.
So, just like Twitter?

Yeah, sure it's going to be an America with 80% less wealth and 20% less GDP, but just think of the opportunities for entrepreneurs!

He's right though.
He's the opposite of right

You guys have been saying "Vote for them and we'll push them left" for over a decade now. They keep going right anyway.

People can vote Harris if they want but I wish they'd stop pretending like they're doing it because they think it'll help Palestine. Just say "Sucks to suck" and move on. Don't piss on my head and tell me it's raining.

Just say this and leave it at that. Stop pretending like Trump is going to somehow Genocide even harder than Biden/Harris is currently Genociding. Just tell us what you actually mean; "we are more interesting in protecting ourselves than the lives of The People in Palestine". I could at least quasi-respect that if that was the stance.

I drove by in Westland bordering on Dearborn Heights. There's heavy Arab-Muslim/Muslim American population in certain spots. This one Middle Eastern grocery store has a hand made sign out that says "VOTE FOR TRUMP! HE'LL STOP THE WAR!".

The same Trump that threw you all under the bus multiple times? The same Trump that promised to throw all of you in concentration camps back in 2016? The same Trump that sat own his and sold this country out at the slightest convenience? The same Trump that tried an attempt coup because he couldn't handle the results? The same Trump that is going to activate Project 2025, if he gets into office? The project that goes after all minority groups. That totem pole effect won't save any of you at all. It's just a matter of sooner or later, with sooner not being far around the corner. The only difference being you'll either be second or third in line. Just remember; you chose this.

More talking out of his ass during a time when sanctuary cities were a newer thing, and people were hearing about problems with them overseas. The government already had a program in place for something like it anyways following 9/11, but since 2011 nothing specifically targeting Muslims ever happened with it again. It was determined to be redundant with other measures already in place for vetting potential terrorists.

Project 2025 is the latest round of fear mongering that even CNN debunked.

Crap like that has been modus operandi of the Heritage Foundation for several election cycles.

Meanwhile the left has been stringing minorities along for generations, exchanging table scraps for votes but never empowering them because it’s a codependent relationship.

Heritage Foundation and Trump are in it together. Trump pretends otherwise, or acts like they have nothing to do with each other. CNN fucks up and I don't trust them on everything. While better than Fox, CNN doesn't always fact check. P2025 is real thing, and that is not fear mongering. Let's say it didn't exist or was made up of "fear mongering". Trump and his cronies are still going to throw everyone minority group under the bus or use them as human shields with the totem pole effect. Blacks will always see the the consequences first because "bottom of the totem pole". While other races or religions will be second or third in line, that always shifts out of convenience or whoever the party feels like blaming. Just like how they did back in the War on Terror, or how during COVID all Asians/Asian American were targeted by his fanatics and hardcore conservatives.

Meanwhile the left has been stringing minorities along for generations, exchanging table scraps for votes but never empowering them because it’s a codependent relationship.
Depends on who and what you're talking about. Regardless how much they help or not, blacks as a whole have always had to fight for our freedoms harder than anybody else in America. We have to watch each other backs. Even from ourselves or those who are willing to sell us out. We work what we can and don't give up. So even if Democrats fails or parts of party fail, not everyone one us see them as single meal ticket nor the only way to fight for our rights and the rights of other minorities in this country.

A fun analysis and survey of Pennsylvania, though perhaps not fun for Harris.

An analysis of how different messages from Harris played among Pennsylvania voters. Going on about Trump's threat to democracy was consistently the weakest message she made for capturing voters. However a bit more surprising (and troubling for her), is how low abortion performed. Granted, this may just be a product of what it's comparing against, abortion didn't do bad or anything, it's definitely a vote winner. But it's basically the centerpiece of her campaign apart from the democratic threat (which did actually do badly) and... it's not as effective of a message as some of her others, or some hypothetical messaging she could have made. And not making as effective a message as she could have may very well lose her this election.

Not really. The Green party mostly diverts voters who would otherwise vote Democrat - this is why they keep getting conservative funding, it's not about getting the Greens to win so much as getting the Dems to lose.
That is the propaganda line repeated because of familiarity bias.

"Third Way found that, based on polling averages in battleground states, the 2020 margin of victory for Democrats would be lost in four states—Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina and Wisconsin—because of third party support" -- Jill Stein

Odd for her own strategy to rest on that same propaganda and familiarity bias! Unless she actually knows where her own support comes from?

No matter who or anyone else votes for, it won't stop the genocide. It's a decision between "doing nothing to stop the genocide" and "doing nothing to stop the genocide".

It is not about other things being more important, it is just that the vote likely won't change what happens with Gaza at all.

In before Trump wins and negotiates peace in Gaza...
He won't. He has nothing to offer and is way less competent than all the other people trying to do it for months. He also is lazy and has a short attention span - as soon as he sees that it is hard, we will stop even trying. And considering that he bungled nearly everything in the middle east the last time, that might be for the better.

1) Name a single thing in the Middle East he "bungled".
2) He has something to offer that more competent people don't: the willingness (or perhaps just carelessness) to piss people off. Democrats and most Republicans won't do crap about a conflict that some of their constituents support and some don't, they'll just straddle the rhetorical line forever. Trump, in both good ways and bad, does not see himself as beholden in that way, which lets him break the status quo. It doesn't matter how competent other people are if they don't actually try.

Instead of spending the last year chastising people who were against genocide, they could have used that time to pressure Biden/Harris into not funding a genocide.

They chose chastising instead. What should have been the easiest Red Line to draw was thrown away because they chose saving their own skin over the lives of Palestinians and it very well may cost Harris everything...
