The mainstream media was united against Trump. Why do you thing people think this election is the worst thing to ever happen?
That's only true if you both ignore the many components of the mainstream media that were firmly in his camp and equivocate between "being willing to criticize him" and "being against him".

Always a good sign when the president has control of all branch of government but still demand that one of those branch cede their power to him so that he can appoint... a pedophile to government.

Repeat it with me, "This is what you voted for, you stupid piece of shit"

While pointedly ignoring and underplaying that support so as to - very self-servingly - claim that his victory constitutes "a victory for democracy" over the "oligarchy" "mainstream media, social media, and all 3 branches of government", implicitly also meaning that his loss would be a loss for democracy.
That is not accurate, the logic is not symmetrical.

If I tell you to do something and then you do it, that doesn't necessarily mean you followed my order. You could have intended to do it regardless.
If I tell you to do something and then you don't do it, that necessarily means that you did not follow my order.

If the many levers of power are weaponized against a man, and the people vote against him, that doesn't necessarily mean democracy failed, that could just be the will of the people regardless.
If the many levers of power are weaponized against a man, and the people vote him in anyway, that necessarily means that people voted independent of those levers.

It's not about truth or evil. It is victory of democracy over oligarchy. You can prefer the de facto oligarchy if you like, you may find them more truthful or righteous, all I'm saying is that the citizens of the United State of America voted against the oligarchy.
Jesus fucking sodomizing christ, you actually are going to tell us that the government which has installed Elon Musk at the reigns of pretty much everything is a victory for democracy over that exact same oligarchy?

Get fucked man. Seriously, fuck you.

You're talking to a member of a party which earnestly lauds a millionaire real estate tycoon as a "champion of the little guy". When Trump's policies make prices at the grocery store skyrocket, Tstorm will blame it on Democrats getting in Trump's way... somehow.

As opposed to the current policy of "Give Israel everything they want, even though they have danced all over the two Red Lines that Biden has given them" (and that's just the two we know of because he put that out publicly)
Everything, apart from the really big fire power.
Which they will now have access to freely.

Elon has a currently undefined meaningless title.

Last time Trump was president, real wages meaningfully rose. If that happens again, you'll still find a way to tell me Trump is killing the poor.

But then, that's not actually what you argued, was it?

Let's recap. Gorfias mischaracterized the issue as that the Left - and I quote - "seem to have decided they just didn't smear him enough, needed way more censorship, and authoritarianism rather than actually looking at how they were governing and the future they were offering the US. In 2024, they found out even all of that didn't work (He raised about $350 mil., her, over a billion with some 97% negative MSM coverage of him, 97% positive of her)."

In no uncertain terms, he painted the coverage of Trump as necessarily unfair, censorious, authoritarian, and then further mischaracterized the media as almost entirely united against Trump and adulating of Harris. And as we have already gotten into that didn't even remotely reflect reality.

You met that claim with enthusiastic agreement and support, declaring - and I quote - "This is my favorite aspect of the win by a mile. The mainstream media, social media, and all 3 branches of government all worked in concert to try to tell people to hate this man, and the majority of people said no. That is an actual victory for democracy."

In no uncertain terms that's approving and restating the premise and championing the result as a moral victory because it seemed to stand in defiance of that premise. "And the majority said no. That is an actual victory for democracy". Those are your words, and they are quite unambiguous, with subsequent clarification of your position being explicitly that "the citizens of the United State of America voted against the oligarchy."

So I ask you this: Who exactly do you think you're fooling with that Eddie Haskell routine of yours?

Well, no. Biden threatened to withhold weapons from Israel last month if they didn't stop killing aid workers, Israel kept killing aid workers, but Biden never withheld weapons. Trump saying that is just red meat to his people, because for some reason people think Biden is withholding weapons to Israel.

You're not going to beat me in an argument by insisting I explicitly argued for only your personal interpretation of my words.

Maybe you're missing most of the message here, and fixated on the "97% negative" coverage portion alone. Read the first Gorf sentence you quoted: they're strategy has been smearing and censorship rather than real consideration of what policies they have that appeal to voters. When I say about "telling people to hate this man", that is referring to the smearing and censorship, which were done in place of convincing people to support them with their vision of America. The central strategy for Democrats was "You can't vote for Trump because he was indicted, and impeached, and mocked by all the late night shows, cause he's Hitler and a threat to democracy." Their campaign was a cudgel, and the cudgel failed.

But I thought Kamala Harris was the pro-genocide candidate!
Sigh.

Eh, given that the red lines were just bad PR attempts I daresay that there weren't ones that weren't public, because what would be the point?

It's not about truth or evil. It is victory of democracy over oligarchy. You
Uh with the openly corrupt businessman and his buddy in the form of the richest man alive now being in power it’s pretty obvious that it’s the oligarchy won this round.

With their plans to force global warming on us as to avoid the oligarchs getting mildly inconvenienced, Trumps record of cutting taxes for the ultra rich, and Musk getting huge influence over government spending its weird to assume the oligarchs feel defeated rather then be howling with laughter about how the US electorate dances to their tune.

What is wrong with you guys? None of that is going to happen. Do you even argue in good faith?
we do. But given your confusion about why people object to an anti vaxer being put in charge of health you probably don’t

By other testimony, do you mean the testimony of the anonymous 17-year-old victim of the other accuser who testified pretty much only that she met Gaetz once?
I literally told you the testimony I was referring to. His ex-GF, several people present at a sex-and-drugs party with him, and a witness to a Greenberg-Gaetz phone call.

The "suspect financial transactions" are Gaetz paying Greenberg over Venmo, and then Greenberg paying 3 adult women over Venmo the next morning. Which is weak evidence of actions that aren't criminal.
Gaetz' payment having a memo referring by nickname to one of the women. The amount being exactly the same.

If you wrack your brains, you can think of a reason for investigators to be interested in payments with a memo referring to a woman, that were then relayed to three women, via a sex trafficker.

If this was about a Democrat, would you buy into this? If somebody else's rape victim pointed at Maxwell Frost and said "he's friends with my rapist, I met him at a party once", would you then argue that Frost is a known pedophile?
But that's not what happened. You're just stripping all the relevant detail out again.

Though, I didn't call him a "known pedophile": I simply think someone under pretty serious ongoing investigation for these crimes shouldn't be fucking AG.

Anyway, yes, when a Democrat has this many question marks hanging over their head, i wouldn't want them near the office either. You, on the other hand, were vociferously condemning Biden over the Ukraine thing on much shakier ground.

We get some insight into how Elmo Muskrat plans to be so goshdarn efficient.

Ask "high IQ" individuals to work 80-hour weeks for no pay.

Why didn't anyone else think of that! Genius!

Take the job, contact people, tell them you'll tell "genius" Elon and Trump their job is useless they bribe you (its okay SCOTUS said bribery was legal).
