I'll believe it when I see it. I'm fully onboard with this being kayfabe. But if it does end up with a ceasefire, even if it's fully political with Trump and Bibi, it'll really hurt the dems.
Indeed, it could be the case that it will look like the "ceasefire" in Lebanon in which the Zionist terror regime says one thing and does the opposite.

Huh.
We've seen The US claim this repeatedly and then nothing happens when Israel goes Naaaaaah and Biden does nothing about it.

The rumor going though is this one might actually happen with Trump playing much more hard ball so that'll be super interesting if true. Especially given how loud VBNMW peeps were in The Other Thread about how electing Trump would turn Gaza into a parking lot. A completely unexpected but very welcome surprise if Trump of all people was the one to finally tell Israel to fuck off and force them to back down (and is gonna be a real big fucking tell against The Democrats that for all their boasting, it's clear they could have ended this whenever they felt like it but chose not to).

Wouldn't hold out hope on ceasefire, Israel government hasn't finished testing new military technology on civilians, not finished covering their mess up, too many loose ends to throw to international journalistts, plus trump and Jared already talked publicly about building beachfront property over fresh graves, the latter in a small Harvard talk even. Also convenient the tiktok ban is same date, but hopefully that's just innocent coincidence, and hopefully I'm wrong. But seriously listen to Blowback podcast, or look up history of CIA and Kissinger or anything else with US foreign policy justifying the most sadistic genocided censorial fascistic outcomes with "anti-communism" to understand the US government has millions upon millions of deaths across the world, generations of unacknowledged blood and trauma still unconfronted, a world in a state of increasing hell because they stamped out popular leftist governments while capitulating to oil conglomerates and military industrial complex, of brutal crackdowns on dissent, of insane propaganda that I've always wondered why it was so loudly overcompensatory compared to literally every other country on earth, it all makes clearer sense with accumulation of FOI results and other leaked data over decades in chronologically presented order. This isn't going to change, and most news media have proven themselves more than willing to lock step to uphold the illusion of not only American exeptionalism but Americans basic decency and morality.

At the end of the press conference in which he tried to take credit.

So lame. She should have responded, "No one's laughing," but probably wouldn't have been invited back.

The unstoppable force vs the immovable object of Egos. We'll see if Trump folds like lil ***** Biden or if he'll actually drop the gloves and stand up to Israel soon enough...

You know he won't. There was a couple moves to make it look like he would, but Trump is an American politician, which means he's turbo-Zionist to the core.

You are unfortunately almost certainly right. My primary hope is that Netanyahu seems very challenging in this statement and Trump is nothing but petty. Trump would burn everything to the ground if it meant he got to slightly spite someone who took a shot at him...

He might spite Netenyahu back, but it'll be something petty and unimportant, like not inviting him to a state dinner or something.

Or Trump randomly decides to stop supporting Israel for no apparent reason whatsoever. Fingers crossed, breath not held.

An activist group recently used the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s grant database to uncover the school’s ties to Israeli military programs. As a result, the university has shut down the database.

The MIT Coalition for Palestine recently published a booklet dubbed “MIT Science for Genocide” in which it lays out the school’s various ties to the Israeli Ministry of Defense. The booklet claims that Israel has invested as much as $3.7 million into the school as a way to seed research into various defense initiatives. The Intercept reports that those projects include “partnerships to research underwater surveillance, missile detection, and drone algorithms.” The report also shows dense ties between the school and Israel’s defense contractors—including one that makes most of the nation’s killer drones.

As the student activists continued to use the open-access software to probe MIT’s Israel-linked grant activity, the school deactivated the program, Rich Solomon, a Coalition member and MIT graduate student told The Intercept. “MIT has engaged in a sustained and organized campaign of disinformation and propaganda in order to silence and suppress this information,” Solomon added.

I agree just this once, I'm also not confident the ceasefire will hold. Nice preview of the end goal tho.

Anyway, no more Genocide Joe. Now is the time for, eh, Decimation Donny? Carnage Cheetoh? The Demolition D.J.T.!
