Alternatively, invade them and either exploit / asset-strip them (just like the colonial era European empires) or forcibly incorporate them into the USA whether they like it or not, such as the older model of multicultural empires like Rome. I did say that... I said foods that take longer to break down in your digestive system make you feel full longer, and fat takes longer to break down. If you eat only egg whites, you're missing out on most of the nutrients in the egg. If you don't eat dairy fat, you're missing out on the C15 essential fatty acid.
