The memo is an example. ICE has been acting in outrageously illegal ways and ignoring court orders since last year.

The protests started long before the memo because ICE has been conducting their activities in unprecedented ways long before this as well.

I've given you a list of things they've done in the last year, and you still haven't responded with any proof that those same actions were taken under previous administrations.

Put up or shut up.

ICE was acting like ICE has always acted before the protests started. You keep telling me to find examples of things happening like 15 years ago that just recently happened and was not happening last year. Literally everything you've complained about ICE doing, ICE has only done this year.

The far right administration rounding up some journalist for no reason seems kinda pointless. So far the press has made every indication they were willing to collaborate with the regime, and many even had that stands during the election already. So why risk that? Because even if the rich collaborator owners are fine with this(which they are) they can't exactly take that stance to their staff and their readers. They'll be forced to protest and distance themselves from Trump at least a bit. Even if the kidna..I mean arrested journalist don't belong to their own papers they have incentive to report negatively about this.

Why go that far when the press owners were already willing to help out?

And you're still wrong, I also included the following in my list:

sending immigrants to foreign prisons without due process and in contravention of judicial orders.

I also don't remember thousands of federal agents being deployed to cities to hunt down immigrants...without warrants, or them refusing to cooperate with local law enforcement

All things that happened last year, and which started the protests in the first place. The protests didn't spring up out of nothing.

So no, ICE was not acting business as usual before the protests started either. Now stop moving the goalposts.

He walked into a church that's open to the public during normal operating hours. Have you ever been to a church? Do you think the pastor individually invites every single person into the church when it's open and gives them specific permission to be there?

You are correct, they are perfectly allowed to enter the church. They can even be disruptive, to an extent, or every child in a church would be violating the law.

But they're in trouble for up to 3 reasons:

1) They were asked to leave the property and continued protesting, at which point they were trespassers. You can go into an open church freely, but when the paster asks you to leave and you don't, you are now trespassing. This being a local law violation means they probably get away with it.
2) They were protesting at a Church service, preventing the exercise of faith, in violation of the FACE Act. Don Lemon likely gets the press pass on this specific point, as passively covering the disruption isn't quite partaking in it.
3) They were doing so to hunt down a public official in his private life to intimidate him away from performing the duties of his office, which Lemon helped facilitate, and any group of people conspiring to intimidate public officials violates the Ku Klux Klan Act. That is what Lemon is charged with.

it matters the amount that is being used to bid up the price of goods and services?

it also matters what is being bid for and how much capacity the economy has to produce it. none of which references the balance of any Federal budget.
