No, I don't really mean that, I mean more character movement and the lengh of time between attacks feels slow to me compared to something like GG/BB. Although yeah, the MK and Injustice games are much slower than that. I really only like those games for the spectacle of them, the fighting systems they have just feel meh to me.SF is not that slow paced. Compared to something like GG or BBL, you have a point, but SF can be fast paced. Play SFIII: 3rd Strike, Alpha 2 & 3, or V. You'd be surpised how fast a match can go. SF still fast paced compared to the MK or Injustice games. Capcom's crossover VS games tend be faster, but they usually have a different play style compared to SF to begin with and is more in line with what you want.
Yeah, thats something I really like, how the chaining normals system in GG works, especially after I actually figured it out. Before then I never could do the combos in fighters, or at least that I could remember, maybe I could back in Killer Instinct or something. But again, I'm casual when it comes to fighters, I'll never achieve the same mastery that I have on something like an fps game.GG has a much wider buffer window and a generally free system of chaining normals from one to another. Basically when you hit a button the game keeps the input for 6f after you do so, making it the same as having hit the button 6 times back to back as fast as possible, so it's much easier to cancel moves into specials or to have links come out. It does require some longer inputs but those are usually doable off of other hits so it's about being precise with it rather than rushing it.
