Can I just take the opportunity to remind people that Trump was deemed to have conclusively LOST the two debates with Hillary in 2016.........Well until some-one did that psychological study where they switched the Gender of those involved in which case Female Trump was deemed to have won........ Either way Trump being seen as dominating now (or being fairly close to Biden) is kind of a bad sign for Biden when Hillary who lets be honest was far more disliked was deemed to be dominating more.
If Biden wanted to be seen as a clear winner he'd have needed to have been seen as commanding. Rather than tell Trump to shut up initially a "With all due respect, are you done prattling on Mr President?" or just "Are you done prattling?" wouldn't have worked more because it would have made him seem more like he was in control and he was letting Trump go on. While getting angry and yelling at Trump to Shut up shows he's not in control as such.
Then again the moderator probably should have stepped in and kept order more by the sound of things.
