If there's all this fraud, why don't any of the cases even allege fraud? They are trying to overturn the election via technicalities, not fraud. It's like the equivalent of a murderer getting off because the police officer skipped a word of the miranda rights or something like that. You're just like Trump and his lawyers throwing shit at the wall hoping something sticks. Everything you posted has been debunked as bullshit, why would anyone think whatever next bit of information you post isn't bullshit at this point? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. You have no credibility for being able to filter out the bullshit for actual legit information, we need the PATRIOTS because of people like you.
Okay then, you're free to plug your ears, ignore everything, and sleep soundly listening to the soothing tones of CNN telling you that everything is okay and your democracy is sound, and to ignore all the 7 and 8 hour hearings going on where parades of witnesses give testimony under penalty of perjury.

Also, regarding the "Dominion employee palms a thumb drive", looks like that was legit. They did the worst thing they could have done and released a statement on the matter:

This is supposedly against the law:

Uhrm.... that statement doesn't say anything about external software being on election machines. Nothing in that statement breaks the law.

Once again, this is just people with little-to-no understanding of 1) the processes in place, and 2) data handling, making wild allegations based on really shaky assumptions and what they reckon.

I'm not sure where this is going. There is substantial evidence of material amounts of voter fraud. I just heard of a USPS truck driver testifying that he drove some 1/4 million filled out ballots from New Jersey to PA. But I think it may all be a distraction from Trump's ultimate 14th Amendment argument before the USSC. Will he argue that lawful voters are a protected class, protected against those who voted in a highly vulnerable election process? Will he argue that electors for Biden are advancing a lawless insurrection, disqualifying themselves? 2 weeks to go.

Seriously man, start thinking for yourself instead of splurging this crap.

The law as there in your own source says that additional software cannot be installed on the server, not that data cannot be extracted from the server and analysed on another device. The reason they will not allow other software on the main server is as a security measure, because additional software (such as Excel) provides potential vulnerabilities for hackers to exploit.

Secondly, Georgia election officials report that the poor guy identified in this video is receiving death threats and hasn't been found doing anything fraudulent, so for god's sake have some decency and quit amplifying this farce.

You think the DoJ sits around listening to testimony that they haven't called for? Like they don't have anything else to do? Do you think that they go out and actively hunt for evidence and crimes to solve? Do they administer an agency or have an office specifically focused on elections?

So why do you think they already put forth their best effort to investigate the evidence from Trump's team?

These hearings, both the fake ones and the real one happening today, have been lasting 8 hours, and it's been witness after witness giving testimony after testimony. You're being the conspiracy theorist when you dismiss all of it as "there's no evidence".
Don't put words in my mouth. I didn't say it was "no evidence", I said it wasn't evidence worth a damn.

I can't help but point out to you that when (usually) a woman comes forward claiming she was sexually molested, people like you make a lot of noises about "innocent until proven guilty", "she was mistaken, witnesses are unsound", "she's lying and in it for the money or just to damage someone". A woman got hauled up in front of Congress to detail her memory of sexual assault and was grilled for hours, and Congress duly decided it wasn't sufficient and approved her alleged attacker to one of the highest posts in the land, and that you all cheered that was a victory for justice and no stain should blot the suspect.

Well, guess what: the same skepticism applies to the witnesses Republicans are putting forward now. Is their memory sound? Might they lie? Might they be honest but mistaken about what they thought they were seeing? And I say again: let's bear in mind we already have a comprehensive history of you and others promoting jokers far less credible than Christine Blasey Ford - like that USPS guy who told the right wing press he witnessed fraud, and promptly backed down when he had to explain to the authorities.

You think Trump and possibly certain other Republicans are corrupt, possibly to the point of being criminal, and are more than willing to wipe their butt with the constitution, right? Why not extend that same courtesy to members of the democratic party? The only reason why you wouldn't would be partisanship.
Have you not noticed that most of these cases are occurring in states where the Republicans have substantial to full control over state government? The Trumpistas are more busy shitting all over other Republicans. This again is the stuff of conspiracy theories. The Democrats cheated. And then the only way we can explain this is Republicans assisted them, and all these election workers and officials. And the FBI and the DOJ and the USPS are in on it too, because they're not arguing there's fraud too. So, basically, the minute anyone doesn't join your insanity, in your mind it's just evidence they're in on it too.

I don't accuse anyone of corruption randomly. I think Trump is corrupt because... holy fuck... just look at his history, before and during presidency. The man cheats and lies as easily as he breathes, and his only consistant and constant motivation is personal gain.

Are you guys STILL trying to convince Houseman?!

You'd have a better chance of getting Trump to admit defeat.
I think the idea is that if the lies go unchallenged, random third parties who don't know any better might believe them. Or something.

I've listened to the "testimony" in Arizona (not a state legislature hearing, and witnesses were not under oath), and I've read some of affidavits in various lawsuits, because I write about infosec for a living and I've covered election security extensively for several years. And if you think *Ron fucking Watkins* is a credible source for how Dominion Voting tech works, or how voting systems should or shouldn't work, then you're making a conscious choice to embrace disinformation over ACTUAL election security experts, and that's on no one else but you.

That was the next tweet in the chain:
And what was absent from the chain:

Although both FedEx and rival UPS shot down calls to help the Postal Service deliver ballots, according to Reuters, any voter could individually return their ballot via those companies, said Wendy Underhill, elections and redistricting director at the National Conference of State Legislatures.

“What I can offer is that any voter could put their completed ballot into the official return envelope, sign it or do whatever is required by state law, and then put the whole thing in a FedEx or UPS envelope or package and send it in,” she said. “That would mean that the election official would have the extra step of removing the ballot from the outer packaging.”
For military and overseas voters, federal law specifies that ballots can be returned to election officials using a free postage-paid symbol when mailed from a U.S. Post Office, Military Postal Service Agency (APO/FPO) or U.S. Diplomatic Pouch Mail. However, if voters return the ballot through a foreign mail system or via common carrier (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS), they must pay the rate for that service themselves.
Express Courier Service - If time is short or local mail unreliable, you can use professional courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS at your own expense. NOTE: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Under Texas Election Code, voters can use common or contract carriers, such as FedEx or UPS to mail their ballots. That came into question on Oct. 24, when Lady Gaga tweeted a picture of herself holding her mail-in ballot and a FedEx envelope.
Pursuant to Election Law 1-106 documents may be filed by use of express delivery services designated pursuant to 7502 of the Internal Revenue Code. Documents sent through such delivery services are deemed the equivalent of a mailing by the United States Postal Service, and any date recorded or marked indicating when the item was received by the delivery service is the equivalent of a postmark. Only the following delivery services qualify: DHL Express 9:00, DHL Express 10:30, DHL Express 12:00, DHL Express Worldwide, DHL Express Envelope, DHL Import Express 10:30, DHL Import Express 12:00, DHL Import Express Worldwide, FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx International Next Flight Out, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International First, FedEx International Economy, UPS Next Day Air Early AM, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M., UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express

Ahem:

The MBP system operates in conjunction with the the DemSuite 5.2 EMS.The EMS creates MBP ready ballot images in .PDF format complete with tint and watermark. These ballot images are exported to the MBP laptop, and then printed on blank paper. Once setup and configuration is complete, the MBP laptop only contains geopolitical information, and does not contain any voter information. The MBP system will generate many different reports, including total number of ballots printed, and number of each ballot style printed. The reports can be generated in Excel, Word, and PDF formats.
The city of Minneapolis is facing a long wait to find out who its new mayor will be as officials wade through an election clouded by a tedious counting process.

Current results show Betsy Hodges as the leader and presumptive mayor-elect in a race that is relying on hand-counts and a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to tabulate votes.

...

Unfortunately for election officials, conducting such a process could not legally be done in Minneapolis with an automated system. Rather, the city has been forced to hand-count ballots and then keep track of each round of voting using an Excel spreadsheet.

According to news station KARE, election regulations prevented the use of an automated counting system for this year's mayoral elections.

And leave us not forget that this allegation is about Gwinnett County, Georgia. You know, the state that already conducted a full hand recount that would have caught and rectified the issue they are trying to suggest.

"Boom".

You know you can install software or run scripts from thumb drives, right?

Didn't one of you argue about secure data practices and say it was right for someone to stop another from making handwritten notes about suspicious ballots?

But you're all okay with a usb drive, the contents of which are a mystery, being plugged into voting workstations? Haha, okay.

yes, individual voters can use UPS/FedEx, but that's not what the video shows. The video shows boxes marked "absentee".
Now, unless you're claiming that an individual voter splurged to have his single ballot in a huge box...

"From the Secretary of State's warehouse", I believe the tweet claimed? Ie, they were absentee votes received before election day and were in storage until they could be tabulated. This is standard operating procedure that Pentchoukov is trying to spin as sinister.

In one of the tweets, you can see that the return address on the shipping label is in some place in Florida. Why would that be?

But ballots were in the custody of the government, and they passed off those ballots off to non-government carriers like UPS and FedEx instead of using USPS or anything else? Is that what you're now claiming? That's standard operating procedure?

Would you care if the device had been a mouse or a keyboard?
It would certainly be less worrying. Spy-gadget mice and keyboards that install custom malicious software into machines connected to the voting network are less common.

No it wouldn’t, you just have zero clue what you’re talking about. In any case where you’re dealing with an attack on a system with a largely locked down OS you’re going to need specialized hardware to fuck with it and I doubt there’s any more damage you could do using an ordinary flash drive where you fuck with the software on it than an ordinary mouse where you did the same, save a difference in storage space on each that can be easily reconciled.

Edit: also, what the fuck is a “voting network?” If these things are connected to a network that is an entirely different and far more worrying vulnerability than a fucking flash drive.

You mean off-the-shelf Windows?

Because that's what it was. You can see that from the video. They even had Teamviewer installed on it, it was on the bottom bar.

There's a nice LARP where Army Spec Ops fought CIA contractors in Frankfurt for the Dominion Servers, but as always, nothing ever happens.

I’d have just written it all at once but I wanted to give you the opportunity to say “yes, because in terms of a vector for attack they’re identical” as I, despite my utter lack of good faith in my arguments, am fundamentally honest.

You’re a shitty Socrates, and he sucked to begin with.

Assumedly it’s a very controlled version thereof, and in any case, that’s once again an entirely different and far more worrisome vulnerability you’re ignoring because the Qanon guy told you to be scared of flash drives. These fucking things have wifi and you’re scared of flash drives.
