exculpatory
It was a trick question. Digital evidence can be exculpatory evidence. They aren't mutually exclusive.

and those that fight on behalf of the people don't give tax cuts to the uber rich while taking healthcare away from the poor.
Welp, Trump gave tax cuts to all of us and made drug prices cheaper, including removing the financial penalty for not having healthcare.

How the actual fuck can anyone, let alone 74 million people, be that fuckin' stupid?
Maybe your assumption, that all these people are stupid, is wrong?

Trump's speech is kinda horrifying. Not unexpected but it does showcase how America's democracy is in a state of utter collapse.

It isn't. Facts matter. The disastrous results of Trump's presidency could have easily been predicted, and were predicted by people who are far from geniuses. The writing was on the wall, the floor and the fuckin' roof. Everything about Trump is obvious. It's surface level. It doesn't take a genius to realize that he's an incompetent idiot. It doesn't take a genius to find verifiable evidence stretching back decades, that show that he's a moron who was involved in some highly questionable and likely criminal activities. So yes, it absolutely takes a fuckin' idiot to vote for the guy. Especially twice.

Trump is talking about a lot of voter reform he's going to do in order to prevent future ''fraud''

Okay. How is he going to do any of that without the presidency?

Electoral College Vote Count:
Time for Pence to make his choice. Democracy or Donald Trump.
Either option is going to wreck his career so he might as well do the right thing.

Pence released a statement earlier that said he wouldn't, and doesn't have the power to unilaterally control or count the votes.
In that same statement, he said he'd take objections and allow debate.

He's hearing such an objection now, from AZ. The room breaks out in applause

The two houses are withdrawing, and debating.

Do you know for a fact that 74 million people are "stupid", where "stupidity" is subjective and has no factual meaning?
Stupidity absolutely has factual meaning. If you continuously do stupid things that don't benefit you, if you can't figure out what's best for you and instead you trust a lying degenerate conman instead, guess what? You're fuckin' stupid. 74 million people did that.

Does it really matter?
74 million people voted for this imbecile. How does a person with at least average IQ look at that guy and thinks to him/herself that Trump is their guy, the guy that will set things right, the smart guy who knows his stuff. How the actual fuck can anyone, let alone 74 million people, be that fuckin' stupid?
Because like most voters they just saw their favoured Party's initials/symbol, and made their mark solely on that.

Not the name beside it.

lol, they just stopped the senate debates because protesters breached the building. You could hear it on the mic seconds before it cut off.
