I can't help but find Racing to be endearing in this short. Generally, he is a low-life, but he comes across as so childlike.

They are. Once a month. So, one, two, three filler or so, and then new episode. It says it in the margins underneath the video. It probably takes a long time to make 15-20 minutes episodes.

Sometimes the NPCs don't mesh as well with the situation/story as before though. Some are just at the exact right time.
