definitely seconding super metroid and donkey kong country, although i think you might be surprised as to how much some of these games can go for nowadays. also if you can get UN Squadron for relatively cheap ive always had a great time playing that one.

fyi i saw in walmart that the collector's edition for the ps3 was $29.99. you'd have to buy all the DLC separately of course so its a trade off but i find the bobblehead to be strangely comforting

i thought red dead redemption did a really good job of blending the tutorial into the gameplay and getting more in depth as the situation arose.
