Oh no there would still be combat but it would be treated like a last resort, and ultimately not worth it. Similar to thief since that was dishonored's biggest inspiration.

I feel like dishonored should have been a full-on stealth game, with tools and powers that actually require being stealthy, precise, and efficient. The game already seems to be biased towards stealth and hiding your kills that we need some tools besides sleep darts that take advantage of that fact.
