Bus drivers attacks passenger for asking about the next stop

Ok embedded. Thanks for the instructions. I thought there might be some discussion here, I could be wrong though.

x86 consoles, smartphones and tablets, failing Wii U... this generation is... weird.

Pretty sure they dropped the Wii the moment they announced the WiiU at E3 2011. The only things left were things already in development like Skyward Sword. Even before that, people thought the console dead after Mario Galaxy 2. Now look, I am not trying to hate on Nintendo here. In fact, I...

Oh they knew it was the motion controls that sold the Wii in such great numbers and they also knew that they needed another gimmick to sell the next console. Just like the 3DS, the 3D is a gimmick and in my experience, most people play the damn thing with the 3D turned off. It isn't exactly...

x86 consoles, smartphones and tablets, failing Wii U... this generation is... weird.

They were trying to capitalize on the success of the Wii by keeping the name. They must have thought that the touch screen would be a selling point to the motion control crowd. They were wrong and I am sure many people on forums like this one were saying that since the first showing at E3 2011.

EA Gave BioWare "Complete Creative Control"

I think it was a controversial game and that was a fact, not an opinion. I don't think it's worth arguing about though. I still think that it takes more than one game to create a pattern. Maybe you don't see upward swing as a pattern though.

    Poll: So Valve broke HL1...

I object to Valve taking away options for a game I own (if I owned it) just like I object to Sony taking away OtherOS for those who already owned a PS3. Valve is shooting itself in the foot screwing over Windows customers for Linux customers. Yes, I think removing options screws over...

I don't think the WiiU has a reputation of being hard to program for. The PS2 had that reputation though and it didn't hurt it.

This is pointless jeffers. You may think that Mario Kart U will sell another 30 Million and alot of consoles and I think it will be more like the Gamecube (Double Dash sold about 7 Million). Success last gen doesn't equal success this gen. Sony knows all about that and you know what, so does...

EA Gave BioWare "Complete Creative Control"

One highly controversial game is an upward swing? Anyway, I never understood all this love for Bioware. Aside from KOTOR they weren't ever that great and I attribute the greatness of KOTOR to it's license. When they did their own space RPG (Mass Effect) it was mediocre. I also don't think...

Did people buy the Wii for Nintendo games or for the motion controls? See all those millions of casuals who bought it because of the motion controls are gone and they aren't coming back just because Super Mario 128 or Mario Kart U comes out just like they weren't here when Mario Kart...

Rumor: Nextbox may not need to be online to play games and won't block used games.

So you are saying that they are going to have an x86 version of every 360 game (they should already have PC versions of many games)?

I knew you were going go with the "no it's different this time" argument. Do you honestly believe the Wii beat the PS3 because it came out first? Need I remind you that it beat the 360 too and the 360 was first to launch. Being first to launch really isn't the issue. I mean, the Dreamcast beat...

The code in the download will be no different. What it really does is force people to trade in their physical games for digital ones if they want backward compatibility.

If it can read the disc, why make people use up their hard drive space and bandwidth? If it's anything like the Xbox and the 360, you won't be getting a large hard drive. I mean a 20GB HDD in 2005 was pathetic.

Whatever, it isn't selling now and I don't think first party games will save it. Remember the N64 and Gamecube? Fantastic first party game but it just wasn't enough. ...and like the N64 and Gamecube, it may die even with it's first party games. How many people bought the Wii to play...
