Valve does, though. Valve has a huge majority of the digital distrubition market when it comes to games. Estimates are in the high eighty percent. Plus, Valve's software is bundled with games, and required to be installed and used to play those games.

Aside from the mentioned missing DLC, Resident Evil 5 is a solid port on the PC. It runs perfectly for me. My friend and I played through it multiple times without a single issue. Half the time was via LAN and the rest was online.

I'm on Windows 7 x64 and it is running fine. The mouse seems a little slow, but that could just be the sensitivity. I haven't had any crashes or other issues.
