Even though I've never heard of "the Metroid Effect", I know exactly what you mean. You suddenly feel an actual, and very sincere need for vengeance. And, I mean, just how hard would it be to Stupid Fallout >_<

I see what you're saying, and completely get your point. Not that I have anything to add to it, really, I just really appreciated your story. Not as in "it's okay to treat disabled people like shit", but that was never the case here anyway.

It pains me to have to go with Fallout. It was just that much better. In fact, it's one of my favourite games. I'm an absolute sucker for everything medieval though, which is why it's kinda sad for me to have to side with Fallout. Both were brilliant games, though.

Fallout 3, I've played through it quite a few times now, and I still can't get through that ONE scene without crying my eyes out... You know which one... :( Also, the end to Okami made me quite teary-eyed.
