yes, i'm buying it. Also i think there's a lack of hype about it because most people seem to be aware that New Vegas is, more or less, just like Fallout 3 but with a lot of new stuff. So if Fallout 3 already has a healthy fan-base then I would assume that it wouldn't need much hype.

I think I would enjoy playing that sometime. But I missed out on the first one, unfortunately. Do you recommend playing through the first Bioshock before the sequel? Or do you think that would somewhat spoil the experience of Bioshock 2 for me?

It certainly seems like somebody listened to Yoichi Wada (CEO of Squeenix) when he said Japanese games should be more like their western counterparts.
