Game was in my top 10 ever. Haven't played the DLC, but more quests and items +higher lvl cap would be epic, go for it.

Mages Guild quest, they were all pretty fun and you get some of the few cool robes in the game, so yeah, go do those...

Guild Quests were all awesome, although it did annoy me that the Mages guild quests seemed as important as the main, Necromancers invading nation is more pressing to me than gradual advance of easily destroyed demons. you mean Shivering Isles, and he's the king of madness, he's suposed to be...
