The capacities for even more visual effects, animations and motion-capture
will keep the PS4 around for a long time.
You bring hardware to the argument...
...but the result is always the SOFTWARE ENGINE.
We can't debate this because you don't sound familiar with the technical aspects of...
This 1.5 hour conference has so far showed about 20 minutes of actual game play, including none from the above title. (Feels like a Dark Knight movie.)
Not quite up to par with the Uncharted 4 DEMO but still gorgeous. But for having such diverse mechanics, all that they decided to show was a climbing (timed-button sequence) scenario.
Couldn't be troubled to show us the meat of the game?
Roberts can leverage console exclusivity.
SONY and Microsoft have their standards, too. But Roberts knows this platform is set until at least 2020. They received a ps4 demo kit, and he said it was a possibility.
All I'm saying is, if the PS4 hits 85+ million by 2020, Star Citizen could have...
Not when it comes to GPU performance--they're basically the same. It's not debatable if you know anything about them.
Star Citizen is massive on PC because of 8k textures, and which they're implementing it for when that technology is available.
If a 750 TI can run this game (and which it can),
then Star Citizen is more than possible for
a Playstation 4.
Star Citizen will never be finished.
That's the sum of recent interviews from Roberts concerning this patch. They can't even release it on USB drives because it constantly...
So you're AAA next gen game has to look better than anything before it in addition to showcasing revolutionary combat--and all of that needs to be done within a 2-3 year window for developers to keep from going bankrupt.
Hmm.
You buy consoles to play games
The entire PC community...
According to CD-P, there's High settings (Consoles) and the next step is Ultra (PC). Not to mention how each new trailer looks a little more graphically downgraded than the last. This is 3 platform title, and two of which are barely a year old, so I have no idea what to expect versus what...
CD Projekt is no longer a small developer. NaughtyDog builds single player, linear campaigns. CD Projekt making a huge open world game and they have the resources of Warner Bros to bank on. And Warner Bros is certainly chasing Ubisoft's dominance in this industry, so they're playing the game...
Too Much Competition in February
This language is more like Watchdogs, which was supposedly delayed six months to fix bug and other issues--AHAHA! They were afraid of GTA V effecting console sales. Turns out they were right.
This February just happens to have some big AAA console exclusives...
CD Project is lying to you
They're game is ready, but they will not launch alongside these exclusive AAA. It's why Ubisoft held Watchdogs back from the GTA V release last year. They were working on bugs, remember; didn't seem to help that game any. I could see your point if it was a six months...
MGS: Phantom Pain will launch on Steam; and yet I know more about that game than Witcher 3, which is strange given the ambitious scope of these developers.
Books don't guarantee success in movies or games either. Shadow of Mordor had to go way off the Tolkien way to be successful.
All four Metal Gear Solid games has a 94 or higher on Metacritic. That's pretty hard to do.
I'm sure Witcher 3 will be a great game; but will it be different enough to distinguish itself among the other half-dozen mainstream AAA medieval fantasies?
That last comment is inadvertently funny to me because it's not complete.
"It's the end of a book AND a game series that no one played outside of a 360 release for its sequel and a badly optimized launch title on PC.
This isn't Metal Gear Solid. Not many are invested in this series. This...
