I recently discovered the game and as a huge fan of 4x games I'm amazed how much stuffed is packed into it. I bought the base game and all the expansions. I'm floored that there isn't more exposure for this game. A game this great needs some better PR.
Anyways, any fans here? I could...
I met an amazing person on Second Life and found out we liked a lot of the same games and we game pretty much nightly or whenever we can. He is always the healer and I the tank when it comes to MMO's.
They DO allow refunds for a legitimate reason. "I don't like the game" is not a legitimate reason. Try to return a game to GameStop or Best Buy because you didn't like it. They wont refund you.
It's not Valve's job to hold your hand during a purchase. Buyer beware. Everyone should do research on a game not just blindly hit purchase because it might be interesting. Personal responsibility is going out the window these days. Just because you don't like a game doesn't mean you deserve a...
Whether you like the titles on Steam or not they have a right to be there. They pay money to put their game up. At the end of the day Valve is a business (who gets roughly 30% of sales on Steam) and it's about making money. The only times games should be removed from Steam is when they are...
I think its refreshing honestly. We've always wanted stronger female leads, now we get a strong female child lead. Take anyone and throw them into this world and they will become a different person regardless of their age.

Well in MMO's that don't have a way to customize your character after its created I pretty much spend a good 2hrs getting everything just right.
I'm on Second Life as well and pretty much can spend upwards of 7hrs designing my avatar.
I have always had a dream game in mind. Since I've been a gamer I've always loved settings in space or large universes. Games that let you do what you want anytime without putting obstacles in your way. Sandbox elements always a must.
My dream game would a Simulation/RTS/FPS Sandbox...
Warband is superior. It has better mechanics which allow you to have your own kingdom, not just serve someone.
Plus it has the best mods, but really all you need for Warband is Brytenwalda or A Clash of Kings mod to have fun for the rest of the year. I kid you not it blows the vanilla game...
The Mass Effect 2 launch trailer still gives me goosebumps at how amazingly awesome it was. The game itself did not disappoint either. The music was perfect.
