Depends on the type of music, in metal the guitar and drums are some of the most important parts of the music whereas in alot of softer music a good bassline can make a song. There's no definate answer to this in my opinion.

I like the Studio Ghibli movies that I've seen however strange they may be. It's the series that I don't like, incredibly hard to follow, over the top and generally annoying most of the time.
