This is from the PC game, you won't have such an good graphic on consoles. And at least for PC the multiplayers will be 64slots server :) Like the good old days ;)

I didn't like this one, I prefer the forgotten sands. I found this one way too easy (maybe because of the nodeath thing) and to "arcady", I hate having to harvest things for hours ^^.

Not that much harsh games :/ I mean the last harsh games that still exist aren't new games but popular games, still alive because of the community. Except EVE-Online who is update(new expansion) every 6 months :)

Agreed and like I said before this is part of the gameplay. And this is why I played so many years on it. Killing a person and knowing he won't respawn is way satisfying that killing someone and never have the felling to have accomplished anything because you don't see any changes in the game.

Yes it's I think the fun way to go for Games :) But don't forget that ship can be ensure (and must be), you can own planets or moon. The games is way bigger than a few space battle. But yes the death penalty plays a big role in this great game :)

Hmmm... I think death penalty is perfect for solo games but should be worse for multiplayer games... And there's why : Solo Games : A solo game is before all A STORY. You can't make (for example) a permadeath in a story... You can't take the book or the DVD of a person and burn it because...
