I try to exercise as much as i can witch involves not only jogging but judo and dancing lessons but all it does is give a short rush of energy . Still thanks for the input .

Hello everybody ! Anyone here had to deal with a complete lack of will ? Motivation ? Hard to define . Everything seems pointless despite everything going my way more or less recently , life just lacks a lot for me yet i don't know what that is . So yeah any tips ?

Try volunteering , various classes . But just going there wont automatically get you friends you need to take a risk and actually try to make some( not too hard though ) , start a conversation , open up a tad , make sure you aint subconsciously pushing people away.

Go see a shrink . That's the best advice i ever got , so I'm passing it on .

Try volunteering . I'm currently facing similar problems and that's on my to try list i'll be starting in a month or so personally . Apart of that you could try dancing lessons lots of girls and almost no men .

For some odd reason people assume I'm gay . It Doesn't offend me , but i do find it odd , its not that I act or look efeminitive on the contrary I'm rather burly .
