The Witcher 3 raised the bar with RPGS with the immersion, the depth of its world and its quests...Bethesda has alot to match, i wish them well

but the impressions for MGS V based on the preview event...seems to be that the open world scale is huge but is technically proficient, and these people played pretty much the first chapter of the game....MGS V is cross gen

alot of people are worried about Fallout 4 being cross gen... there is no doubt cross gen limits a potential of a game, but how much for example MGS V previews/impressions seem to be universally outstanding, mgs v is ultimately cross gen too

that's hardly a downgrade

Ground Zeroes had some of the smoothest movement in gaming ever...got me super hyped for the phantom pain

storylines are subjective...some people might think mgs v has a better story than the witcher 3

may i ask why you dont think mgs v will topple the witcher 3?

so you guys think TPP will give Witcher 3 a good fight in the various GOTY polls this year

the witcher 3 is amazing...but i wouldn't really say its "revolutionary" revolutionary is something like super mario 64 or metal gear solid that made a huge paradigm shift in the industry...the witcher sets the bar for rpgs, but it doesn't really fundamentally change them

yeah but won't MGS V being a cross gen game limit it in ways unlike The Witcher 3 which is just purely "next gen"(current gen)

isn't MGS V more "RPG" like though..sort of a peace walker 2.0 i mean you can customize Big Boss like you can customize Geralt in Witcher 3 i assume?

but how will it match the sheer content and open world of the witcher 3 and rpg features...

do you guys think MGS V: The Phantom Pain will be able to compete with The Witcher 3 for GOTY 2015, i hope so, but im worried?

Bloodborne or Witcher 3, or something else of course BB and Witcher 3 seem to be the big two so far for 2015, until MGS V comes out but as of right now what is your goty currently
